The Public Library of the Municipality of Lousada decided to celebrate the International Women’s Day with poetry.
So, on the 8th of March, 2016, in a very popular public café, at 2 o’clock p.m. a magical moment took place: those who were at the café were invited to listen to the music and the poems. The poems of five famous Portuguese poetesses were recited during the event.
Later on the same day we organized a small concert in the library where we also read the same poems.
ePublisher project and the poetry platform were presented to the participants of the events.

On 25th February a Poetry Reading Contest was organised at the Caíde de Rei Secondary School.
In February TKKY in cooperation with their local partner Turun kristillinen opisto have organized a series of poetry events in Finland.
The Portuguese project partner the Municipality of Lousada presented the ePublisher project in the Municipal Cultural Magazine.
On 29th January, SIH held a meeting with the staff and visitors of the Martynas Mažvydas National Library of Lithuania. Representatives of SIH introduced to the audience two ongoing international projects, coordinated by SIH – ePublisher and Seniors On-line.
On 14th January, SIH held a meeting in the Lithuanian Library for the Blind.
