On Monday, the 29th of October, in Cafe Strych (The Attic Café) in Gdynia a great meeting took place. It was a part of so called Poetic Harbour, taking place there each month. Meetings are led by Wojciech Boros and Paweł Baranowski. The hero of the October one was Łukasz Konopka - an experienced and appreciated poet who did not decide to publish his own book for may years. Now he promoted his debut volume of poems:
"these poems are, as always, about ..." (issue in 2018) and simply hypnotized the audience by reading his texts. At the end of the meeting everybody had opportunity to share samples of their poetry with others. The action is well-known there and called "add to the stove".
Poetry event with Renata Cygan will be held in Cracow, Poland on 05 November 2018 at 6.00 pm.
The poets from Kelmė, Raseiniai, Kėdainiai, Šiauliai, Šilalė, Šilutė, Skaudvilė, Telšiai, Skuodas, Klaipėda and Tauragė gathered to the Poetry Event held in Tauragė, Lithuania.
On 18 July 2018 Agnieszka Smugla's Poetry Evening was held in Kracow, Poland.
On 27-28 June SIH director participated in General Assembly of European Association for the Education of Adults (EAEA) in Tallinn, Estonia.
On 19 and 25 June SIH organized two National Workshops for Erasmus+ KA2 project KEEP50+. First one was held in Širvintos, Lithuania, during the meeting with Local Action Group of Širvintos region.
