The Gdansk Poets Club and the Gdansk branch of the Association of Polish Authors invite everybody to a series of poetic meetings in local libraries in Gdańsk's Przymorze Wielkie district. The meetings are aimed at sensitizing residents to the charms of the world around us and perceiving the good that everyday friendly interpersonal contacts bring. The organizers want to prove that we all can communicate with each other without using profanity, insulting each other and discriminating against anyone.
The first meeting took place on November 13 and was entitled "What made us write poems". The next one is scheduled for November 27 ("Why reading poetry") and December 9 ("Words can be beautiful"). Details are available on FB: https://www.facebook.com/GdanskiKlubPoetow/posts/2437105939878121
