Under the leadership of the european centre for creative economy (ecce) the Award for Innovations in Culture and Creativity in Europe (NICE) was initiated in 2013 at the UNESCO World Heritage Zeche Zollverein in Essen in collaboration with 15 cities, universities and institutions from 10 nations. It aims to promote innovations from the cultural and creative industries in Europe.
Out of 55 applications from 19 nations, the NICE Award jury has selected 8 projects, including "ePublisher" project, for the shortlist.

Druskininkai Poetic Fall festival is one of the most important literature events in Lithuania. It is an international poetry festival held every autumn in October since 1990. The festival begins in Vilnius with Presentation of Anthology and leaves to Druskininkai where all other Festival activities are held. The theme of the festival in 2018 will be "Poetry: the Sound and Fury“.
